Heart2heart is aTeam's biggest event of the year. We match a group of pediatric cancer patients with local artists, and together they create two pieces of art to be sold at auction at our spring gala. The event materials for 2020 were designed using several beautiful pieces of art by local artist Tessa Glass. The Gold was a perfect fit for celebrating our tenth heart2heart and aTeam's tenth anniversary.

Heart2heart 2020 marked ten years of aTeam Ministries and ten years of heart2heart. To celebrate, we threw a party in gold!

Heart2heart gets its name from the connection formed between the patient artist and the professional artist during their time creating together. When you sit over a canvas and express your emotions through brush strokes, something special happens. The artist and the child share this expression when they work together, and the result is what aTeam has coined a “heart2heart” connection.
